Project Proposal Description

1.

Briefly describe the project and the community need to be addressed.

Answer Students will support the Eau Claire Marathon by capturing photography throughout race weekend, documenting participants, volunteers, spectators, and the overall event experience. These photos will help celebrate the accomplishments of runners and walkers of all abilities while providing valuable content for future event marketing and community engagement. The community need addressed is the availability of quality event photography that showcases the excitement, inclusivity, and community impact of one of Eau Claire's largest annual events. This project gives students hands-on experience in event and sports photography while helping the Eau Claire Marathon share its story, recognize community involvement, and promote future participation.
