Project Proposal Description

Briefly describe the project and the community need to be addressed.

Answer The 2026 Amazing Eau Claire Clean-Up is our annual citywide day of service dedicated to enhancing and beautifying our community. Each year, we mobilize more than 1,000 volunteers who serve at various trails, parks, flowerbeds, and public open spaces throughout the City of Eau Claire. Volunteers assist with a variety of improvement projects, including litter removal, playground mulching, flowerbed maintenance, raking, sweeping, and other beautification efforts. If you are seeking a meaningful volunteer opportunity that makes a lasting impact in our community, the Amazing Clean-Up is an excellent way to get involved.

Answer To provide exceptional park, recreation, forestry, cemetery, and facility services that will engage the community and enrich our citizens and visitors.

Answer Developing teamwork skills by collaborating to accomplish a shared goal while fostering a greater awareness of community needs.

What are the availability requirements for the student?

Answer Must be available on Saturday, April 25th, 2026, from 7am-1pm. Flexible schedule Monday-Friday available between the hours of 9am-3pm. During the week of the Clean-Up, must be available Monday-Friday from 3pm-6pm.

Answer Looking for 1, 30 Hour Student and 1, 15 Hour Student.
